Spreads NETWORK (“the Company”) provides civil engineering and infrastructure consultancy services, including but not limited to soil investigation, geotechnical reporting, digital and topographical surveying, CADD and design support, and related advisory services (“the Services”).

The exact scope of Services for each project will be defined in the Company’s proposal, work order, quotation, or engagement letter (collectively, the “Proposal”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Proposal, the Proposal will prevail for project-specific commercial terms, and these Terms and Conditions will prevail for all general legal and contractual matters.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Company’s role is limited to providing technical data, analysis, and recommendations. The Company is not responsible for architectural design, structural design, construction execution, contractor performance, or project management, except where such responsibilities are explicitly included in the Proposal.

All Services are provided based on the information, site access, and approvals made available to the Company at the time of the investigation or survey. Any change in site conditions, design intent, or statutory requirements after the date of the Company’s report may affect the validity of the findings and recommendations.

The Client acknowledges that subsurface and geotechnical conditions can vary significantly within a site and that any investigation is inherently based on samples and observations at specific locations and times. Accordingly, the Company does not guarantee that conditions encountered during construction will be identical to those indicated in its reports, and the Client must allow for reasonable contingencies in design and construction planning.
